Wholesale Terms and Conditions.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following:

1. Meet the minimum requirements per product set in the wholesale app.

2. Custom Duties and Shipping Fees are not included in prices and are responsibility of the Stockist.

3.Product markup must be atleast 2.0 -2.5 to match our website retail prices or higher.

4.Prices need to stay minimum 1 season (3 months) prior to being placed on sale.

5. We do not allow Pre-Sale! Pre-sale is drop-shipping and is discounted at lower rate.

6. Please inspect products upon delivery within 7 days of delivery for any damage that might have occurred during transit or any product malfunction.

7. Once the products are sold to your customers, please note we are not liable for any damage that may occur due to wear and tear, or improper care of products. Where possible, we are happy to arrange ordering replacement parts.
