Returns

To start a return:

1. Please email our Returns Department with your request to info@petitemaisonkids.com within 14 calendar days of package delivery. 

2.  List the items you wish to return/exchange and reason.

3. Once approved, RMA and return shipping instructions will be issued for qualifying merchandise.

Returns and exchanges may be requested within 14 calendar days from the delivery date of the parcel. The package delivery date is day 1 of the 14 calendar days allowed for returns/exchanges.

All Sale items are Final Sale and cannot be refunded back to original form of payment. Petite Maison Kids Brand Sale items may be returned for store credit or exchange when request has been initiated within 14 days of delivery. 

All hair accessories, jewelry, handbags, and hosiery are final sale, but may be returned for store credit.

All products that are not Petite Maison Kids brand, Toys, and Blankets are Final Sale and cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.

Once a return has been authorized by a Petite Maison Kids representative, the parcel must be returned to our warehouse within 14 calendar days of the return authorization (30 days for international returns). To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your return arrives to us over 14 days after return authorization date (30 if international), the return will not be accepted. At that point we will offer you the option of shipping the item back to you. Return shipping fees will apply. 

We cannot accept returns for our brand products purchased via Stockists.

Returns for online orders can be accepted in store within 14 days of delivery. In store purchases can only be returned in person. Cash purchases are refunded in the form of store credit only.

Store location: 71 Greenwich Ave, Greenwich CT 06830. Accepts returns in person only. Do not ship to this address.

If an item is received damaged, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date of the item. For damaged items, you will be provided an exchange for a new same item, where possible. 

We cannot retroactively refund or apply coupon codes to past purchases if the code is not entered at checkout by the customer. 

Petite Maison Kids is not responsible for any loss or damage of item(s) during the return process. Any shipping costs for returned or exchanged goods are responsibility of the buyer, and we do not accept responsibility for the loss of goods being returned/exchanged. We suggest using a trackable shipping service when returning/exchanging. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and security tags.

Additional non-returnable items:

Any Brand that is not Petite Maison Kids is final sale.

Health and personal care items.
Toys and accessories. Swimwear. Gift Cards.

Please do not send your purchase back without return authorization, as it will not be accepted and returned with reshipping fees applied. 

Any item not in its original condition with tags attached, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned or any item that is returned more than 14 days to the warehouse after return authorization has been provided.

Petite Maison Kids are not be responsible for loss of package by delivery carrier during shipping process or damage or loss of item(s) during the return process. Claims must be filed by customer with shipping carrier.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned for for refund, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned, except for store credit within 14 days  of order delivery date.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@petitemaisonkids.com

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be credited to you. Gift returns must also be returned within 14 days of order delivery date for store credit.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We will not be responsible for the loss of item during shipping process or damage or loss of item(s) during the returning process. Petite Maison Kids reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not fulfill our Return & Exchange Policy. Sales items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
