Founder of Petite Maison Kids, Katerina Azarova, is Honored at Greenwich Chamber of Commerce Women Who Matter Event

“Inspiring Journey From Concept to Reality”

On April 9th, the Greenwich Chamber of Commerce showcased the entrepreneurial spirit of women at the “Women Who Matter” event, with Katerina Azarova, founder of Petite Maison Kids, as the keynote speaker.Held in the heart of Greenwich Avenue, the event put a spotlight on Azarova’s innovative approach to crafting luxury attire for kids with original designs that merge high-quality materials and imaginative details, and her commitment to sustainability.

Marcia O’Kane, President and CEO of Greenwich Chamber of Commerce, indicated that her organization chooses Ms. Azarova as a Women Who Matter honoree because “Katerina personifies a role model in terms of being an entrepreneur who used her hard work, creativity, and dedication to her art to succeed. Our Chamber was pleased to showcase her and her beautiful creations at our recent event.”

The Petite Maison Kids Flagship Store offered an ideal setting for Azarova's narrative and the values of Petite Maison Kids to be conveyed. Guests enjoyed light refreshments by Garelick and Herbs along with champagne.

"Today, I'm proud to stand in our first flagship store. Our brand is currently sold in Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale's, and many esteemed boutiques worldwide. It's also a favorite of celebrities and influencers worldwide, and I feel like this is just the beginning of our journey," said Katerina Azarova.

"One topic that is really important for me as our company grows is sustainability. We currently ethically manufacture in small batches because I believe that quality over quantity really matters. I want to encourage clothing to be passed down to generations as heirlooms rather than contribute to filling landfills. One of the things that helps me tremendously along the way is the supportive advice of other women entrepreneurs. Whether it's sharing a contact or sharing experiences, there's nothing more valuable than the insight of someone who's been in your shoes or dealing with similar issues. So let's all support each other as much as we can."

The occasion highlighted exquisite clothing and fostered meaningful conversations about the significance of women supporting each other in business. Additionally, a raffle added excitement to the event!

The event featured a fashion runway show, where children modeled the finest from Petite Maison Kids. The show was a celebration of Azarova’s vision of elegance and sustainability, as the young models graced the catwalk in outfits that were both luxurious and mindful of environmental responsibility.
