Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the US and to most countries world wide! Our warehouse is located in Westchester, NY, USA. All inventory is US based, so most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. We will make every effort to deliver your package as soon as possible. However, additional time may be required due to the peak selling season, invalid or incomplete addresses, customs clearance issues, force majeure, and public holidays. Please note that shipping carriers do not guarantee delivery times since Covid. The shipping schedules below are estimated timing. We do not refund  shipping fees due to shipping delays in transit, as this is outside of our control.  For international orders, keep in mind that delays can occur with packages being held in customs prior to delivery.

We are pleased to offer Free standard shipping on orders over $175 for USA delivery as well as free curbside pickup in our Retail Store in Greenwich CT. 

Shipping within USA (Domestic)

Standard Shipping $4.99-$9.99 (Weight Based). Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after placing your order. Your order ships with USPS First Class Mail or UPS and arrives in 2-5 days once shipped depending on location.

Priority Shipping $10.99-$14.99 (Weight Based). Orders are processed and shipped the same or next business day. Your order ships with USPS Priority or UPS, whichever is the faster estimated service for your area and arrives in 1-3 business days. 

Shipping to Canada

Standard Shipping $14.99-$23.99 (Weight Based). Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after placing your order. Your order ships with USPS First Class International or UPS depending on location. Arrives in 5-7 business days.

Express Shipping $32. Orders are processed and shipped the same or next business day. Your order ships with UPS. Arrives in 2-4 business days. 

Shipping to Europe

Standard Shipping $19+ depending on weight and location. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after placing your order. Your order ships with USPS First Class International. Packages take approximately 1 week to arrive once shipped. 

Express Shipping Weight based $38-$48, calculated at Checkout. Orders are processed and shipped the same or next business day. Your order ships with UPS Worldwide Expedited Services. Takes about 2-3 business days to arrive once shipped.

Shipping to Australia

Standard Shipping $29+ depending on location. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after placing your order. Your order ships with USPS First Class International. Packages take approximately 1-3 weeks to arrive once shipped. 

Express Shipping Weight Based $42-$48, Calculated at Checkout. Orders are processed and shipped the same or next business day. Your order ships with USPS Priority Mail Express International, UPS or DHL. Takes 3-5 days to arrive once shipped.

Shipping International to Asia, Middle East, and Latin America.

Express Shipping Weight Based $38-$48, Calculated at Checkout. Orders are processed and shipped the same or next business day. Your order ships with UPS or DHL. Takes about 3 business days to arrive once shipped.

For Saudi Arabia duty fees are included in shipping fee.

For All Orders:

Because we do our best to ship out orders as quickly as possible, we are often unable to make changes to your order or cancel your order once it’s been placed. We do not retroactively issue refunds or credit for coupon codes or gift cards that are not applied at the time of checkout. Please make sure the address you enter at checkout is correct. The customer will be responsible for any re-delivery fees should a package be returned to us as undeliverable because of any address mistakes. Unless requested otherwise, we reserve the right to combine multiple orders for shipping purposes to same address in our efforts to reduce the carbon footprint. 

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with product tracking information. Please allow 12hr for tracking updates in the system. 

All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer duty/VAT COD (Collect on Delivery) – buyer pays all costs. These costs are not included in the shipping fee.

Please note that shipping carriers do not guarantee delivery times since Covid19 began.

Pre-order and custom order items take extra time for processing and delivery and approximate shipping dates will be listed in the product description. Cancellation of pre-orders may not always be possible and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. We do not guarantee shipping or delivery times of pre-orders.

We advice choosing Navidium Shipping Protection with every order, which covers items/packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Navidium Shipping Protection is automatically added to your order, but you have the option to remove it before placing your order if desired. Please note that if you choose to remove Navidium Shipping Protection, you accept that Petite Maison Kids is not liable for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If you place an order with Navidium Shipping Protection and your item(s) / package(s) are lost, stolen or damaged in transit, please contact us to file a claim.

Gift wrapping is available. Please email us with any special requests to info@petitemaisonkids.com, and we would be more than happy to try and accommodate.

Petite Maison Kids is not responsible for any loss or damage of item(s) during the return process.

Once items in an order have been scanned and marked as delivered by the courier / mail carrier, Petite Maison Kids will cease to have any liability pertaining to the order delivery; all items at that juncture will be considered the sole responsibility and property of the customer. Petite Maison Kids does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for any packages or orders that the carrier confirms as being delivered. We are not responsible for the delivery of international economy packages.

Please inspect items upon receiving them. If you do not notify us of any issues within 7 days of delivery, we cannot help you. The date of package delivery is day 1 of the 7 calendar days allowed for reporting damage. 

Covid19 Policy Update:

Due to the global pandemic, shipping companies still frequently experience delays and do not guarantee delivery times. Please allow up to an extra 10 business days for delivery within the US and up to an extra 30 - 60 business days for international standard deliveries. For any orders placed with priority and express shipping services, please allow up to an extra 7 business days for delivery within the US and and up to an extra 14 business days for international express deliveries. We do not refund shipping costs for delayed packages. Please contact the appropriate shipping carrier if your package is delayed in transit for any further information. We advise checking with your local post office for further updates and for local tracking. Sometimes packages are held in customs and require pickup or additional paperwork. 
Standard international packages are shipped with USPS and delivery can take up to 31 business days. Due to Covid19, we have been advised that delays can last for up to 3 months. Please choose our express delivery option at checkout should you need package quickly. The estimated express shipping delivery time frame is typically between 5 and 10 business days.
