If the size you are interested in is out of stock on the website, then unfortunately it means that we have sold out of that particular size. Many of our core styles do restock several times a year. You can sign up for back in stock alert on the product page to be notified by email once the item is back in stock. Alternatively, we can suggest a similar style that may suit your needs. We ship to all Middle Eastern countries including UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain. We ship with UPS Express and it takes about 1 week in transit

We offer the convenience of Priority Shipping at checkout for US orders. Priority Orders will ship the same or next Business Day. Priority Shipping delivery time is faster than standard shipping time by about 1-3 business days. The time in transit depends on location and is not guaranteed. We also offer Express Shipping option for international shipping outside of the US. International express shipping is approximately 5-7 business days for most countries around the world.

Because we do our best to ship out orders as quickly as possible, we are often unable to make changes to your order or cancel your order once it's been processed. Please email us to info@petitemaisonkids.com with your order update request, as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that we do not retroactively issue refunds or credit for coupon codes that were not applied at the time of checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to track your package. You can also track your package via your account and our online chat messenger.
